Subscription terms (Pro plan)

Last updated: May 20, 2026

These Subscription Terms apply to the FlightSweeper Pro plan and supplement our Terms of Service.

Plans and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

What Pro includes

Auto-renewal disclosure

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period — every month for Pro Monthly and every 12 months for Pro Annual — at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. By starting a subscription, you authorize FlightSweeper (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on file at each renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, with no phone calls, hoops, or retention flows. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period; you keep Pro access through that period and are not charged again.

You may also cancel by emailing hello@flightsweeper.com.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or if we charged you in error. If you experience a billing error or were charged after canceling, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

Price changes

If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before the new price applies. Continued use of Pro after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Free trials and promotions

If you start Pro through a free trial or promotional discount, the standard subscription price applies at the end of the promotional period unless you cancel before then. The terms of any promotion will be disclosed at the time of signup.

What happens to saved data when you cancel

When your subscription ends, your saved routes and route-watch settings are retained but become read-only and stop generating new alerts. They become active again if you resubscribe. You can request deletion at any time per our Privacy Policy.

State-specific notices

California subscribers:You may cancel using the methods above at any time, including online without contacting customer service, consistent with California Business & Professions Code §§ 17600–17606.
