Do not sell or share my personal information

Last updated: May 20, 2026

FlightSweeper does not sell personal information for money and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and analogous state laws.

Because we do not engage in those activities, there is nothing to opt out of in the traditional sense. We still want to make it easy to exercise your rights.

We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 15 business days to acknowledge, 45 days to complete, extendable by 45 more if needed).

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof that you authorized them to act for you, and we may verify your identity directly.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for users in jurisdictions where the signal is legally required.

Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right, including by denying service, charging different prices, or providing a different level of quality.

See our full Privacy Policy for the categories of personal information we collect and how we use it.
